What You'll Do
Liaise with clients, internal teams, and overseas partners to coordinate shipment activities
Monitor, track, and troubleshoot inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery
Support quotation preparation with accurate pricing and product details
Proactively follow up on shipment status and resolve exceptions
Prepare billing, invoices, and maintain accurate records and reports
Update internal systems and trackers to ensure visibility and accuracy
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
What We're Looking For
GCE O Level with 2 years of coordination or support experience
Strong communication skills and confidence in handling stakeholders
Detail-oriented, organised, and able to multitask effectively
Comfortable with Microsoft Office and data handling
Proactive and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Experience in freight forwarding is an advantage
General understanding of supply chain management concepts and processes is a plus
