Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Preparing spreadsheets and invoices for billing to customers
  • Provide customer service to customers requesting for billing invoice
  • Prepare documents for mailing out to customers
  • Basic accounting duties such as preparing payment vouchers
  • Basic administrative duties including filing, scanning or copying
  • Any ad-hoc activities as assigned

Requirements

  • Diploma/Nitec Cert in Accounting preferred
  • Relevant experience in Accounting/Billing
  • Familiar in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams
  • Knowledge of Xero will be a bonus
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and in a team
  • Able to start on short notice or immediately will be preferred
