Working Location: Kaki Bukit
Working Hours: 830am - 530pm
Salary: $2500 - $3300
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support our daily office operations.
Job Responsibilities:
General administrative duties (filing, data entry, document preparation)
Handling emails, phone calls, and basic correspondence
Assist with invoices, purchase orders, and simple reporting
Coordinate with internal teams and external parties
Other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
At least 1-2 years of administrative experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Able to work independently and meet deadlines
Good communication and organisational skills
Added Advantage:
Basic shipping / logistics experience (e.g. documentation, coordination with forwarders, delivery tracking) will be an advantage, but not mandatory
