Working Location: Kaki Bukit

Working Hours: 830am - 530pm

Salary: $2500 - $3300

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support our daily office operations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • General administrative duties (filing, data entry, document preparation)

  • Handling emails, phone calls, and basic correspondence

  • Assist with invoices, purchase orders, and simple reporting

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external parties

  • Other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • At least 1-2 years of administrative experience preferred

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines

  • Good communication and organisational skills

Added Advantage:

  • Basic shipping / logistics experience (e.g. documentation, coordination with forwarders, delivery tracking) will be an advantage, but not mandatory
