Position: Temp Admin Assistant (3 Months Contract)
Location: Woodlands & Bendemeer (required to travel between sites)
Working Hours: Regular Office Hours

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews
  • Support onboarding for new hires
  • Prepare and manage HR documents
  • Maintain employee records and filing
  • Provide administrative support to HR team

Requirements:

  • A-Level welcome (No experience required!)
  • Good communication and writing skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Weekend overtime may be required (OT pay provided)
