Duties:
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team/department
- Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in enquiries professionally
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars
- Prepare documents, reports, letters, and presentation materials
- Perform data entry, filing, scanning, and document control
- Maintain office records and update databases/ERP systems
- Assist with procurement of office supplies and manage inventory
- Coordinate courier services, deliveries, and mailing tasks
- Support HR/admin matters such as attendance tracking and onboarding paperwork
- Assist with invoice processing, claims submission, and basic finance support
- Arrange travel bookings and logistics when required
- Ensure smooth daily office operations and support ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- Min A Level/ Dip in any field of study
