Job Description & Requirements
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office
- Answers phone calls and supports visitors
- Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results
- Responsible in material inventory
- Liaise with Project Managers in releasing of materials from the warehouse
- Provide month-end inventory report to Finance Department
- Knowledge of Accounting Software (MYOB)
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Minimum GCE N Level O Level or equivalent
- At least 1 year of relevant experience. Fresh graduate will also be considered.
- Possess good initiative with positive attitude
- Independent and Responsible
- 5 days working week (9.0017.30) with
- Bishan Area
Remuneration will depend on qualification and experience.
