Job Title: Admin Assistant (Singaporean or PR)
About the Role:
Managed invoices, data entry, and inventory accuracy. Coordinated logistics and daily deliveries for online platforms like Shopee and Lazada. Tracking orders and working with couriers and the warehouse to ensure timely delivery.
Responsibilities:
. Invoicing & Data Entry: Generate invoices, enter sales data daily.
. Orders & Platforms: Track orders from confirmation to delivery across platforms update listings and resolve issues.
. Delivery & Logistics: Schedule courier pickups, arrange delivery times, and manage courier communications and exceptions.
. Customer Service: Respond to basic incoming enquiry during office hours
. Collaboration: Work with sales, procurement, and finance to align on stock, pricing, and invoicing timelines.
