- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Handle data entry, filing, document preparation, and correspondence.
- Assist in processing insurance applications, policy renewals, and claims documentation.
- Maintain and update customer records accurately in the system.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and follow-ups with clients and agents.
- Support in generating reports, tracking submissions, and monitoring pending cases.
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth workflow.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Min 1 year of experience in Administrative
- Working Location: Suntec
- Working Hours: Mon to Fri (9am - 6pm)
- Salary: Up to $2800
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice
