Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Account cum Admin Assistant to support our daily administrative operations.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, resourceful, and able to work independently.

You will assist with a variety of office tasks to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out general administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.

Organise & maintain office files, records & documentations.

Ensure accurate documentation.

Manage company financial records and invoices.

Prepare periodic financial and operational reports for management.

Respond to phone calls and emails in a courteous and professional manner

Perform additional administrative duties as required or assigned

Requirements:

GCE O / A Level / Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline

Proficiency in Xero

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsible, independent, and able to handle multiple tasks effectively.

Experience in an SME or small team environment is preferred.

Able to work independently
