Job Scope:
1. Customer Service at the front desk which includes:
A. Answer phone calls promptly and courteously
B. Attend to phone and walk-in inquiries
C. Apply Customer Service etiquette such as showing empathy, listen actively, communicate in a friendly manner
2. Caring for students:
A. Attend to students in the sickbay
B. Administer First Aid when required
C. Contact parents when required
D. Co-ordinate early dismissal of students
3. Assist in admin duties
A. Data Entry
B. Receive goods delivered and coordinate with the ordering person
C. Assist GO staff with school events
D. Any other duties assigned by the school
