Contract Period: From 1 Jan 2026 to 31 December 2026 (With option to extend for 1 year)
Personnel to be deployed at either of the following shifts:
- Mondays to Thursdays: 9:00am to 6:00pm, inclusive of hour lunch break
- Fridays: 9:30am to 6:00pm, inclusive of hour lunch break
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
The Services required are set out as follows:
Provide administrative support.
Administrative duties will generally include
a) Front Desk Customer Service e.g. handle incoming phone enquiries, attend to courier services, vendors, parents and students
b) Handle all incoming and outgoing mails
c) Data entry (Finance and non-finance related)
d) Collation of data and statistics e.g. from surveys
e) Photocopying, scanning, faxing and filing of documents.
f) Distribute resources to teachers/classrooms as per required
g) Provide manpower support during ad-hoc school activities
h) Any other duties assigned by the School Leaders, Admin Manager, Admin Executives and Heads of Department.
The Personnel should preferably have the following qualifications, skills and experience:
- Minimum GCE O Level Certificate or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
- Good command of English
- Must have at least 3 years of experience as receptionist
- Having prior general administration experience working in a school environment would be an advantage.
- Strictly for Singaporeans and Singapore PRs only
