Working Hour:
- Mondays to Thursdays: 9:00am to 6:00pm, inclusive of hour lunch break
- Fridays: 9:30am to 6:00pm, inclusive of hour lunch break
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
Qualification:
- Minimum GCE O Level Certificate or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
- Good command of English
- Must have at least 3 years of experience as receptionist
- Having prior general administration experience working in a school environment would be an advantage.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Customer Service e.g. handle incoming phone enquiries, attend to courier services, vendors, parents and students.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing mails.
- Data entry (Finance and non-finance related).
- Collation of data and statistics e.g. from surveys.
- Photocopying, scanning, faxing and filing of documents.
- Distribute resources to teachers/classrooms as per required.
- Provide manpower support during ad-hoc school activities.
- Any other duties assigned by the School Leaders, Admin Manager, Admin Executives and Heads of Department.
