Job Description

Working Hour:

  • Mondays to Thursdays: 9:00am to 6:00pm, inclusive of hour lunch break
  • Fridays: 9:30am to 6:00pm, inclusive of hour lunch break
  • Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Qualification:

  • Minimum GCE O Level Certificate or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
  • Good command of English
  • Must have at least 3 years of experience as receptionist
  • Having prior general administration experience working in a school environment would be an advantage.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Customer Service e.g. handle incoming phone enquiries, attend to courier services, vendors, parents and students.
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing mails.
  • Data entry (Finance and non-finance related).
  • Collation of data and statistics e.g. from surveys.
  • Photocopying, scanning, faxing and filing of documents.
  • Distribute resources to teachers/classrooms as per required.
  • Provide manpower support during ad-hoc school activities.
  • Any other duties assigned by the School Leaders, Admin Manager, Admin Executives and Heads of Department.
