Job Description

Project Admin / Assistant

  • Working Days: 5 Days [Monday - Friday]
  • Working Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm
  • Salary: $2,400 - $3,000 + AWS
  • Office Near Near Clarke Quay MRT

Summarize:

  1. The Special Projects & Admin Assistant will be supporting the Consultants in the planning, executing, and overseeing the projects within the organization.
  2. Ensure that projects are completed on time while meeting the quality standards.
  3. The role will also manage daily administrative tasks, coordinate office activities, and support the organisation in achieving its objectives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum a Diploma in Business or other closely related fields
  • Must have at least 1 year relevant experience in administrative, human resource or related roles.
  • Familiarity with computer system or software for data entry, and social media applications for basic marketing purpose.

Job Scopes:

  1. Assist Consultants with planning, tracking and executing project tasks which include monitoring project progress, follow-up and maintain documentation
  2. Works closely with clients, internal teams and external vendors to maintain project schedule and resource
  3. Plan and prepare presentations for the pursuit of project progress and conclusion
  4. Assist Consultants to prepare, edit and format reports, meeting minutes / notes, and presentation.
  5. Assist Consultants to compile market / industry information and trends
  6. Organize and maintain files, ensuring critical information is easily accessible
  7. Assist Consultants to organise meetings / events eg. workshops, conferences
  8. Co-ordinates office maintenance with appropriate vendors
  9. Assist to manage office supplies inventory & places order through the appointed vendors.
  10. Assist to manage & coordinate postal / courier services
  11. Assist to manage the cleanliness of the office.
  12. Handle request & queries promptly & appropriately.
  13. Assist to manage leave records and schedules of staff and co-workers
  14. Assist to manage staff claims & office expenses
  15. Assist to manage the training and development of staff and co-workers
