Responsibilities:
We're looking for a Finance and Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to the accounting & finance function within the company, reporting to the Team Lead.
Provide administrative support to the Accounts team in daily accounting operations.
Assist in data entry, filing, and maintaining proper financial and accounting records
Support accounts receivable and payable documentation processing
Maintain proper record keeping and documentation for audit and internal reference.
Perform general office administration
Any other ad hoc assignments.

Requirements:
. Familiar with accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
. Ability to work in adynamic environment

. Hands-on experience in cloud accounting systems such as XERO would be an advantageous
