Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Familiar with XERO accounting software to join us.

2. Monthly reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data

3. Communicate and liaise with Operation team on Invoicing issues & Payment Receive

4. Prepare monthly management account (P&L and Balance Sheet) & Yearly Budget

5. Assist in month end closing and reporting

6. Manage payroll functions(Monthly Salary, CPF, submission)

7. Coordinate and liaise with our accounting firm for monthly and yearly reporting.

8. Handle workers daily issues and attendance matters

9. Provide basic counselling and support to workers

Requirements:

1 At least 2 years of relevant working experience preferred

2 Possess a Diploma in Accounting or Degree in Accountancy

3 Strong with XERO accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
