Job Summary
Support the Accounts Manager with daily accounting and admin operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Accounts Manager with daily accounting tasks to maintain smooth workflow and accurate financial records
- Calculate workers timesheets accurately to ensure correct wage computation and timely payment
- Prepare salary vouchers precisely to support timely and accurate payroll processing
- Prepare and update client invoices to ensure accurate billing and record keeping
- Track outstanding invoices and follow up on payments
- Handle petty cash, reimbursements etc
- Perform miscellaneous administrative tasks to support accounting and office operations
- Support Tender Department on documentation
Requirement:
Mininum 1 year experience is an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft office and Excel
Strong sense of confidentiality and responsibility
