Job Scope:
. General administrations & co-ordinations between departments.
. Prepare data for schedule planning.
. Maintain and update data records when needed.
. Prepare general reports as needed.
. Perform other ad-hoc duties as and when required.
Job Requirements:
. Diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of experience in administrative support.
. Meticulous and have the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
