Job Summary
You will support the accounts and administrative function by accurately entering invoice and quotation data, coordinating deliveries, updating records, and performing other assigned tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Enter invoice, quotation, and e-invoicing data accurately to maintain up-to-date accounts records
- Coordinate and arrange deliveries to ensure timely receipt and dispatch of goods
- Update administrative and account records to support team efficiency and data accuracy
- Perform assigned ad-hoc duties to assist various departments as needed
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum GCE N/ O level qualification
- At least one year of relevant working experience
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and Word to complete data entry and documentation tasks
Other Information
- Working hours are flexible: either a few hours daily for 5 days a week or full day (9 a.m. to 6 p.m.) for 3 days per week, can be discussed
- Work location: Ubi
