Provide administration support to accounting team and the Management in the functions like data-entry, timesheet management, expense claims management, requisition purchasing, order entry, insurance, licensing, shipment schedule
Assist with HR and recruitment administrative matters, including leave administration and work permit processes
Prepare, check, verify and process invoices, delivery orders and payments
Responsible for daily general administrative function
Ensure proper filing system
Provide general support to all departments
To be ever ready to assist in all ad-hoc tasks assigned
