Job Description
. Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and external partners for any office and operational matters.
. Responsible for Office Maintenance (e.g., ordering office supplies/equipment and pantry items, repairs).
. Perform daily administrative duties, including handling correspondence and answering and screening phone calls.
. Arrange and coordinate meetings whenever required and take minutes.
. Manage staff's medical/annual leave records.
. First point of contact for all external visitors.
. Assist in company projects.
. Take care of any travel arrangements including visa applications (if required).
. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.
Job Requirement
. Business Administrative qualification preferred.
. Able to communicate and write effectively in English and Mandarin as you will be required to communicate with English-speaking and Mandarin-speaking clients.
. Positive working attitude, resourceful, and strong interpersonal skills.
