Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain project documentation, track progress, and update project schedules.
  • Consolidate and prepare project progress and monitoring reports.
  • Coordinate events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
  • Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable.
  • Prepare basic financial reports (e.g., sales summaries, aging report, creditors report etc.).
  • Undertake any other ad-hoc administrative or accounting tasks as assigned by management to support overall business operations.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or higher qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2+ years of relevant experience in administrative and accounts roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
