Responsibilities
- Assembling, installing, and testing ACMV systems for Commercial building works
- Constructing and fabricating parts, using hand tools and specifications
- Reading and interpreting electrical and electronic circuit blueprints, diagrams, and schematics
- Maintain and repair electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems
- Troubleshoot ACMV issues using appropriate testing devices
- Ensure timely availability and condition of materials and equipment to prevent delays.
- Resolve any installation or technical issues that arise during the project.
- Maintain progress records, materials usage, and scope changes, and report regularly to management and clients.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to integrate duct systems with other building systems.
- Provide updates to clients, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and environmental standards.
- Train team members on installation techniques, safety procedures, and industry standards.
