Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance on air conditioning systems (split units, VRF/VRV, central systems).
- Conduct routine inspections cleaning, and servicing of filters, coils, and condensers.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant-related faults.
- Replace defective components such as compressors, motors, and sensors.
- Monitor system performance and maintain accurate service records.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Provide technical advice and updates to clients regarding system condition.
- Collaborate with facilities managers and train junior technicians when required.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or HVAC specialization.
- 5 years of experience in air conditioning maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigerants, and electrical controls.
- Certification in refrigerant handling (EPA or local equivalent) preferred.
