Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating machinery, ensuring smooth production processes, and maintaining product quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate production machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOP)
- Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality output
- Perform basic troubleshooting and report any equipment issues to the supervisor
- Conduct routine checks and maintain cleanliness of work area
- Follow safety guidelines and company policies at all times
- Assist in packing, labeling, and inspection of finished goods
- Complete production records and documentation accurately
Requirements:
- Minimum secondary school education or equivalent
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is an advantage
- Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks
- Basic understanding of safety and quality standards
- Good teamwork and communication skills
