Job Title: Sales Executive (Enterprise Cabling & ELV Systems)

Job Description
We are seeking a Sales Executive to drive business development and manage client accounts within the enterprise cabling and M&E ELV systems space.
You will be responsible for end-to-end sales activities, including prospecting, solutioning, quotation, and project coordination across commercial and industrial projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities in structured cabling and ELV systems
- Manage client relationships with contractors, consultants, system integrators, and end-users
- Conduct site visits to understand project requirements and propose suitable solutions
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical documentation
- Participate in tender submissions, including BOQ review and pricing
- Track and manage sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
Requirements
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant sales experience
- Experience in one or more of the following:Structured cabling (Cat6, Cat6A, Cat7, fibre optic, data centre cabling)ELV / M&E systems (CCTV, access control, PA system, BMS, fire alarm, HVAC controls)
- Familiar with project sales, tender processes, and BOQ
- Basic technical knowledge of cabling or ELV systems
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Self-driven and able to work independently
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with M&E contractors, consultants, or system integrators
- Knowledge of cabling standards (TIA/EIA, ISO/IEC)
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, Odoo)
