The Consultant will play a key role in delivering high-quality consulting and implementation services to clients across industrial automation and digital transformation initiatives. The role involves engaging with stakeholders, understanding business requirements, and translating them into scalable technical solutions aligned with ATS Global offerings.
Key Responsibilities
1. Consulting & Advisory
- Engage with clients to understand operational challenges and business objectives
- Provide advisory services on Industry 4.0, Smart Manufacturing, and Digital Transformation strategies
- Conduct feasibility studies, gap analysis, and solution roadmaps
2. Solution Design & Delivery
- Develop high-level and detailed design solutions (MES, BMS, SCADA, IIoT platforms)
- Support architecture design across OT/IT layers (PLC, SCADA, cloud integration)
- Participate in project execution, ensuring alignment with scope, cost, and timelines
3. Business Development Support
- Support pre-sales activities including proposal development, technical presentations, and client workshops
- Identify new opportunities within existing and new accounts
- Contribute to value propositions and solution differentiation
4. Project & Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and client stakeholders
- Ensure effective communication and expectation management
- Support risk identification and mitigation strategies
5. Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated on emerging technologies (AI, IIoT, cloud platforms, cybersecurity)
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and best practices
- Drive innovation and efficiency in solution delivery
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Instrumentation, Automation, or related field)
- 5-10 years of experience in industrial automation, consulting, or system integration
- Strong exposure to SCADA (e.g., Ignition), BMS, PLC systems, and data integration
- Experience in data centres, manufacturing, or process industries preferred
