Job Title: Building Technician (Sanitary &Plumbing, Cementitious Works, Metal & Wood)

Work Location: Hospital Environment

Job Purpose:

To perform maintenance, repair, and minorinstallation works related to sanitary and plumbing systems, cementitiousworks, and metal and wood structures within the hospital premises, ensuring allfacilities remain safe, functional, and compliant with healthcare standards.

Requirements:

• Technical certificate or equivalent in Building Services / Mechanical / Maintenance field.
• Experience in plumbing, carpentry, metal works, and basic construction repair.
• Ability to work in a hospital environment with strict safety protocols.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work shifts or respond to emergency calls if required.
