About the Role

We are looking for a driven and experienced Accounts Manager to lead client portfolios, manage a team of accountants, and ensure the delivery of high-quality accounting and compliance services.

This role is ideal for candidates who are looking to transition from audit or corporate services into a more commercial, client-facing, and leadership-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Client Portfolio Management

• Manage a portfolio of clients across various industries (SMEs, MNCs, and high-growth companies)

• Oversee the preparation of:

  • Management accounts (monthly/quarterly/year-end)

  • Financial statements (compliant with SFRS/IFRS)

  • GST submissions and regulatory filings

• Ensure timely delivery and high accuracy of all client deliverables

Team Leadership

• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of accountants

• Review work and ensure quality standards are met

• Drive team productivity, efficiency, and continuous improvement

Client Relationship Management

• Act as the main point of contact for clients

• Provide advisory on accounting, compliance, and operational matters

• Build long-term client relationships and ensure high client satisfaction

Process & Quality Control

• Maintain strong internal controls and review frameworks

• Improve workflows and SOPs to enhance efficiency and scalability

• Ensure compliance with Singapore regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field

• ACCA / CA Singapore / equivalent professional qualification preferred

• Minimum 4-7 years of relevant experience in:

  • Accounting / audit / corporate services

• Prior experience managing a team is an advantage

• Strong technical knowledge in:

  • Financial reporting standards

  • GST and Singapore compliance requirements

• Experience in handling a portfolio of clients is highly preferred
