Job Responsibilities
. Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL and bank reconciliation
. Manage HR matters including staff records, leave and onboarding
. Oversee office administration and general documentation
. Maintain and update accounting, payroll and ERP system
. Provide basic IT coordination and software support for office operations
. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements
. Support management on finance, operational matters and ad hoc requirements
Requirements
. Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance orrelated field
. At least 5 years of relevant working experiencein accounting, HR and payroll
. Experience in manufacturing accounting andcosting is preferred
. Similar working experience an advantage
. Knowledge of full set accounts and Singaporepayroll regulations
. Familiar with payroll software (infotechsystem), ERP and accounting software
. Basic IT knowledge and ability to coordinatesoftware/system issues
. Proficient in Microsoft Office
. Responsible, organized, able to work independently and meet internal/external deadlines
Working Hours : Monday to Friday
