Our client is a well established entity in manufacturing and distribution of parts and components for Printed Circuit Boards (PCB)
Responsibilities:
- Handle full sets of accounts for Singapore branch in accordance with relevant accounting standards.
- Responsible for preparation and closing of monthly accounts and annual financial statements for Singapore branch.
- Responsible for monthly and quarterly reports for Singapore branch.
- Support monthly forecasting and annual budgeting exercise as per corporate guidelines.
- Coordinate and liaise with external and internal parties such as auditors, tax agents, legal, local tax, and government authorities where required.
- Support and ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, tax filing requirement (such as CIT/WHT/Tax queries), audits, etc.
- Ensure timely preparation and filing of GST quarterly returns.
- Assisting Chief Financial Officer to review customer/supplier contracts.
- Assist Chief Financial Officer to handle Group Tax (e.g, Transfer pricing) etc.
- Any task assigned by Chief Financial Officer or Supervisor.
