Job Overview:
The ideal candidate will be responsible to handle accounting duty independently & the work scope of HR administrative will be partially supported by administrative staff.
Job Responsibilities:
Accounting:
- Handle full set of accounts
- Handle daily accounting operations, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and expense tracking.
- Prepare financial reports and assist in month-end and year-end closings.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Ensure timely filing of tax and statutory compliance reports.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial analysis.
Human Resources:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and handle HR documentation.
- Process payroll and ensure accurate salary disbursement.
- Address employee grievances and ensure compliance with HR policies.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.
Qualifications:
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Prefer candidate with both HR & Accounting experience
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
