About the role
We are looking for a committed and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our Finance team. The successful candidate will support day-to-day accounting operations and contribute to timely financial reporting and compliance.
Job Responsibilities
Handle General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable functions
Perform monthly accounts closing and prepare monthly financial reports
Support the Accountant in budgeting and forecasting exercises
Assist with financial analysis, including variance analysis and trend reporting
Monitor donations received and issue tax-deductible receipts promptly
Prepare and submit GST returns
Ensure accurate and timely processing of vendor payments
Reconcile vendor statements against creditors ageing reports
Ensure all payments are properly supported by complete documentation
Verify that invoices are reviewed by the respective departments and approved in
accordance with internal approval limits
Prepare and monitor cash flow projections
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Accountant or Deputy Director
Job Requirements
Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience handling a full set of accounts
Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP S/4HANA
Meticulous, organised, and highly motivated
Good analytical and communication skills
Able to work independently and meet tight reporting deadlines
