Description

Our Clients are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive / Accountant / Finance Manager to join their dynamic finance teams in Singapore. This role offers an attractive salary and opportunities for professional growth. The ideal candidate will have 1-10 years of experience in accounting or finance, with a solid understanding of financial principles and practices.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial policies.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities to guide financial planning.
Collaborate with other departments to support financial decision-making and improve processes.
Monitor cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts to ensure liquidity.
Handle tax compliance and filing duties as required.
Provide financial analysis and insights to management to support strategic initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience with Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
