Job Responsibilities
Accounts
- Full-set bookkeeping and accounts management (AP/AR.General Ledger)
- Invoice clients and monitor payment collection and outstanding receivables
-Prepare e-banking payments to vendors, agents, and contractors for authorisation
-Process staff and worker payroll accurately and on schedule
-Monthly financial reporting and cash flow monitoring
-GST filing and tax compliance (IRAS)
-Work with corporate accountants to produce quarterly financial statements
- support investor reporting and financial documentation
Human Resources
- End-to-End recruitment (Job postings, screening, onboarding)
-Employment contracts, MOM compliance, leave and payroll administration
- Maintain HR records and employee handbook
- Support company culture initiatives as the team grows
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, HR, or Business Administration
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in Accounts
- SME or startup experience strongly preferred
- Proficient in accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks, or similar)
- Familiar with Singapore employment law and MOM regulations
- Self-starter who can work independently and build systems from scratch
- Experience in Construction, property, or tech startup environments is an advantage
