Key Responsibilities
- Bookkeeping & Accounting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records
- Organise and maintain invoices, receipts, and supporting documents
- Use Quickbook accounting software for day-to-day bookkeeping
- Reporting & Reconciliation
- Prepare basic monthly financial summaries (income and expenses)
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Support ad-hoc financial reports for management and programmes

Requirements
- Prior experience in accounting, finance, GST or bookkeeping
- Comfortable with Microsoft Excel and accounting software QuickBook
- Basic understanding of IRAS, withhold Tax compliance requirements is preferred
