Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Administrative Executive to manage customer inquiries and perform administrative duties, ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent client support in a friendly office environment.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person to ensure customer satisfaction
- Enter, file, and maintain accurate customer and operational data to support efficient office management
- Coordinate appointments, schedules, and follow-ups to streamline team workflow and client engagement
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions to facilitate effective communication and service continuity
- Assist the team with general office and operational tasks to maintain a well-organized work environment
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and a positive customer-first attitude

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and team members

- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Location: Toa Payoh, Singapore
