Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Indoor Sales Executive to engage customers, promote products, and drive sales in a comfortable office setting without outdoor or door-to-door activities.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, online, or in person to provide accurate information
- Recommend and promote suitable products and services to meet customer needs
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective sales techniques
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions for reporting
- Deliver excellent customer service and provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Work independently and collaboratively within the team to meet business goals
