Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business
- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently while supporting existing clients and acquiring new accounts
- Conduct product trainings and demonstrations to engage customers and enhance product understanding
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets and improve profitability
- Drive brand awareness through targeted marketing activities and customer outreach
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed customer support
- Actively contribute to sales and marketing efforts to meet and exceed performance targets
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent educational qualification
- At least 1 year of sales experience within the same company, selling products to the Medical Laboratory / Bioscience field in Singapore
