What you will do:
- Handle inbound enquiries and follow up on leads from contractors and construction companies
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers
- Conduct product presentations and assist with on-site demonstrations
- Prepare and send quotations, follow up on orders and coordinate delivery with the operations team
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Support marketing activities, including trade shows and exhibitions
What we are looking for:
- Diploma in any engineering, business or related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome - full training and mentorship provided
- Genuine interest in construction technology, robotics or automation
- Self-motivated, organised and detail-oriented with good follow-through
- Proficient in both English and Mandarin, spoken and written, for client meetings and supplier communication
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Valid Singapore driving licence preferred
