Job Responsibilities:
1,Handle day-to-day accounting transactions and prepare financial statements for the company.
2,Review clients accounting records and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.Receive and answer clients questions regarding the company's finances.
3,Respond to clients queries regarding accounting matters and provide professional advice.
4,Perform on-site bookkeeping services at clients offices when required.
5,Issue invoices, follow up on payments, manage accounts receivable, and monitor collection progress.
6,Prepare and submit GST returns for the company and clients.
7,Support other finance-related tasks for both the company and clients.
8,Responsible for accounts receivable.
Requirements:
1,Diploma/Degree in Accounting or related field.
2,Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting or finance working experience.
3,Good knowledge of Singapore accounting procedures and bookkeeping practices.
4,Fluent in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written). Strong communication and client service skills, able to resolve client queries independently.
5,Familiar with invoicing and accounts receivable management processes.
6,Proficiency in both Mandarin (spoken and written) and English to liaise with Mandarin- and English-speaking clients.
7,Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
