WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Be the daily point of contact for clients. Responsive, sharp, and always two steps ahead
- Translate client needs into clear, actionable briefs for internal teams
- Work closely with Creative, Content, Tech, and Project teams to bring campaigns to life
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and expectations like a pro
- Keep projects moving with no bottlenecks, no excuses
- Prepare decks, reports, and presentations that clients actually understand (and buy into)
- Support campaign execution across digital, social, and integrated platforms
WHAT YOU BRING
- A diploma/degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or anything relevant
- Fresh grads welcome (attitude beats experience)
- Strong communication skills (you can talk, write, and think clearly)
- Organised to the bone so you don't drop balls
- A natural sense of responsibility and ownership
- Ability to multitask without losing your mind
- Curiosity. Ask questions, not just take instructions
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media is a plus
