Account Manager (B2B)

Our client, the leading company in its industry, is looking for an account manager to focus on their b2b sales & maintain their existing customers as well as develop new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed effectively.
  • Maintain and grow a portfolio of accounts through regular client visits and relationship-building.
  • Track performance against sales targets and provide timely updates to management.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues related to service, billing, or customer support.
  • Develop and execute a personal sales plan that supports customer retention, account growth, and new business acquisition.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, taking proactive actions to maximize results.
  • Ensure all agreements are commercially viable and aligned with pricing guidelines.
  • Prepare reports on pipeline progress, sales activities, and market insights

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B or service-driven industries.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage clients at different levels.
  • Proven track record in developing accounts and converting leads into long-term customers.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
  • Customer-focused mindset, with the ability to understand client needs and influence decision-making.
  • Degree in Business or related field preferred.
