Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and effective resolution of their needs and concerns.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts through regular engagement and strong relationship-building.
  • Monitor performance against sales targets and provide regular updates to management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address issues related to service delivery, billing, or customer support.
  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan focused on customer retention, account expansion, and new business development.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, taking proactive steps to drive positive outcomes.
  • Ensure all proposals and agreements are commercially sound and aligned with internal pricing structures.
  • Prepare and present reports on sales pipeline progress, client activity, and market developments.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Business or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience, ideally in a B2B or service-oriented environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated success in account development and converting leads into long-term partnerships.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture.
  • Strong customer-centric mindset, with a keen ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
