Account Manager (B2B)
Our client, the leading company in its industry, is looking for an account manager to focus on their b2b sales & maintain their existing customers as well as develop new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed effectively.
- Maintain and grow a portfolio of accounts through regular client visits and relationship-building.
- Track performance against sales targets and provide timely updates to management.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues related to service, billing, or customer support.
- Develop and execute a personal sales plan that supports customer retention, account growth, and new business acquisition.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, taking proactive actions to maximize results.
- Ensure all agreements are commercially viable and aligned with pricing guidelines.
- Prepare reports on pipeline progress, sales activities, and market insights
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B or service-driven industries.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage clients at different levels.
- Proven track record in developing accounts and converting leads into long-term customers.
- Resilient, adaptable, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
- Customer-focused mindset, with the ability to understand client needs and influence decision-making.
- Degree in Business or related field preferred.
