Achieve sales targets assigned by headquarters while meeting sales cost-control requirements.
Develop and maintain a core database of channel partners conduct regular customer visits and maintain strong cooperation relationships.
Support the Sales Manager in formulating sales policies for channel agents and corporate customers for each sales season.
Monitor competitive market trends and recommend sales or policy adjustments for institutional clients and agents.
Manage physical and online agents within the region update and disseminate airline promotional products and policies.
Identify agents with potential Chinese customer markets and support negotiation and signing of cooperation agreements.
Conduct event marketing and brand promotion activities on behalf of the company.
Provide flight operation support at the airport when assigned by the Representative Office Manager.
Handle multiple and changing tasks may be required to work weekends or evenings depending on operational needs.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Representative Office Manager.
Job Requirements
Diploma or higher qualification.
Technical secondary school graduates may be considered with at least 5 years of relevant. marketing or customer-service experience, preferably in the aviation or travel industry.
Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or sales roles.
Proficiency in local languages to liaise with local partners.
Ability to communicate in English or Chinese to work with stakeholders and customer groups who predominantly.
