Our client is seeking an Account Manager to develop and manage their sales and products across Asia. This role requires solid knowledge of the rendering industry, effective cross-border business development skills, and the ability to manage customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers
- Drive business growth by developing new customers and distribution channels across Asia
- Promote products to manufacturers and companies
- Lead contract negotiations on pricing, terms, and delivery
- Work closely with logistics, QA/QC, and supply chain teams
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regional developments
Key Requirements
- Bachelors degree in International Trade or related discipline
- At least 3 years experience in sales within animal by-products, feed ingredients, or commodity trading
- Strong knowledge of rendered products and their applications in feed, pet food, or industrial sectors
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities
- Willing to travel extensively across Asia
Good-to-have
- Established customer network within Asian markets
- Understanding of regional feed regulations and import/export processes
- Experience in cross-border logistics, shipping, and trade documentation
