Job Description
Handle full set of accounts (AR, AP, GL)
Prepare and issue monthly lease rental invoices
Monitor rental collections and follow up on overdue payments
Perform bank reconciliation and financing loan reconciliation
Record hire purchase (HP) and lease financing schedules
Maintain fixed asset register for leased vehicles/equipment
Process supplier invoices and payments
Prepare monthly financial reports and schedules
Assist in cash flow monitoring and forecasting
Handle GST submission and compliance (if applicable)
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and insurance companies
Support month-end and year-end closing activities
Job Requirements
. Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
. Prefer 1- 3 years in automotive industry working experience
. Excellent analytical skills with a solid understanding of accounting policy and practice
. Problem analysis and problem-solving skills
. Able to meet tight deadlines and produce accurate and detail work with quick turnaround
