Account Executive (AR /PAYA LEBAR)

Responsibilities:

• Review and post manual invoice in system (AP & AR)
• Input daily AR receipts, misc invoice for approval
• Monitor AR open account
• Perform AP & AR closing and report.
• Prepare bank & sales reconciliation.
• Prepare sales and purchase reports.
• UAT for relevant module.
• GST preparation
• Any other task assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma in Accounting

At least 2 years in accounting

Knowledge and understand operations in Accounting and taxation will be an advantage
