Account Assistant

Job Info:

• Basic up to $3000 Entitle AWS & VB
• Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
• Tuas, walking distance from MRT Station

Job Scope:

• Prepare customer bills accurately and send them out promptly.
• Issue credit adjustments when required and ensure the paperwork is in order.
• Liaise with internal departments to clear up customer or billing-related questions.
• Check and process supplier invoices, ensuring documents tally.
• Assist the team during monthly and annual closing activities.
• Handle general department administration and support tasks whenever needed.
